I started talking about my motivation in writing this new guide and introduced 4 tokens from Leo Finance plus Pizza token.
I also mentioned that many communities with the front end have a token in which the stake leads to more power similar to Hive Power (HP) in their communities. Leo Finance is one of these communities and now I can continue to some gaming communities that have their own tokens. Games also have their tokens, but it is going to be a more complex post.

1up-Cartel

I won't like saying that 1up is the most used front end for gaming postings. They built a solid community with two tokens: 1up (ONEUP) and Praetoria Cartel (CARTEL).

1up (ONEUP)

Similar to LEO, staking ONEUP tokens provides power in the front end. So every time that you post or curate, you get ONEUP back. In addition to that, the community has ONEUP power that can be delegated to @oneup-curator and you receive ONEUP back as curation rewards for these users. So if you don't have much time to vote in posts from the community, they have a user that makes that for you if you delegate some power. On top of that, the 1up community made similar users that do the same thing to other tokens that use power, you can take a look at this amazing post from the user @dbooster HERE. Like PIZZA, ONEUP can be used as well to buy game NFTs at the blockchain and also in liquidity pools to get other tokens at beeswap.

Praetoria Cartel (CARTEL)

This is the investment token from the community, in summary, every money from the token sale will be used for the investment in games by the token managers. In theory, what I understood, holders will get back 45% of the revenue of this investment, more details HERE.

Other gaming communities with tokens

THGaming (THGAMING)

Community similar to 1up, created a community dedicated to games, they don't have a front-end like 1up, but their tokens also can be used as staking to be used as Power and get curation rewards back. More about the token here.

PLAY GAMER (PGM)

This community has a discord channel HERE. The creator @zottone444 is a very nice guy willing to help to explain to me about the token. At first, I got the info that everyone that has at least 10 PGM staked can reward posts using! PGM in the comment with 0.1 PGM every time. Also, the token gives a possibility to pay 5 PGM to @pgm-curator for a vote in a post, and, you can earn liquid HIVE and PGM from a liquidity poll of 300 PGM every week.

BATTLE (BATTLE)

This token is from a NFT project from WAX, but it has tokens at Hive. Their homepage gives some discord links that are broken. But this post here shows that you can stake battle to get some BATTLE in draws, not sure how it works.

For now is that, I will try for the next post to go deep into splinterlands tokens and some other games, such as dcity, hashkings and rising stars.
