Should Rantree (Orca man/gwajnberg) be a digital influencer?
  Social media grew and with that people saw the opportunity to make videos on their own to give opinions about different things. Who never searched YouTube videos that review products before buying them? Or maybe advice about products that are specific for your skin type? In addition, the product can be knowledge! Science, history, or political channels are there to be found. Last the HiveLearners challenge we talked a lot about how the teacher career is underrated, I had some colleagues who started to make some money doing videos about their specialties and they are making much more money there. To be an influencer, you need to find a niche that isn't much explored or be very creative in making videos in a niche that already has famous influencers. One of these days I watched some videos about pillow reviews from an influencer specialized in that. I wanted to see if the pillows were good for my constant back problems. And about me should I be an influencer?

Para ser um influenciador, você precisa encontrar um nicho que não seja muito explorado ou ser muito criativo na criação de vídeos em um nicho que já tenha influenciadores famosos. Esses dias, assisti a alguns vídeos sobre análises de travesseiros de um influenciador especializado nisso. Eu queria ver se os travesseiros eram bons para os meus constantes problemas nas costas. E quanto a mim, devo ser um influenciador?
  There are topics that I love to talk about. I love science, for example, it would be nice to make videos about science to inform a more regular population. I also love comic books and graphic novels, I can see in my dreams doing reviews about new comic books that I read. Or even movies, I am a bit cinephile, I watch as many movies as I can. On top of that, I love to eat and cook, I could make some videos about recipes that I try. There is a guy that makes video testing different easy and fast cooking recipes, he gets lots of viewers.
  It doesn't mean that I am going to start a sort of YouTube channel soon. There are some challenges that for me as an individual are difficult to surpass. The first one and maybe the biggest, is that I can't see myself in a YouTube video. I think that my voice is not good and attractive, maybe I would need to do some speech courses before doing videos. In addition, you need good planning for your videos, and a script, so you can't escape. In addition, some patience to edit the videos. I am wonderful at editing texts, but videos? No patience at all. So there are multiple skills that are associated with recording to expose your videos.
  Another thing is that you need to produce constantly to become a real influencer, so you need to stick with a topic and post in a constant way, I think that a weekly video is the limit for an influencer not being forgotten. Another problem is that all the topics that I mentioned had lots of influencers already, so what will make my channel different from the others? And the last thing that bothers me a lot is dealing with haters, your popularity grows, but there are people who won't like your content or even be against your content. Nowadays influencers need to say if they are liberal or conservative, left or right. So you will face comments only made to make yourself smaller. "Oh that influencer is allied with the leftists, he only speaks dumb things". I wouldn't deal well with that type of comment, I would argue and it won't be healthy for me.
  Existem tópicos que adoro discutir. Eu amo a ciência, por exemplo, seria ótimo fazer vídeos sobre ciência para informar uma audiência mais ampla. Também adoro histórias em quadrinhos e graphic novels. Consigo me ver nos meus sonhos fazendo análises de novas histórias em quadrinhos que leio. Ou até mesmo filmes, sou um pouco cinéfilo e assisto o máximo de filmes que consigo. Além disso, adoro comer e cozinhar, poderia fazer alguns vídeos sobre receitas que experimento. Há um cara que faz vídeos testando diferentes receitas fáceis e rápidas, ele atrai muitos espectadores.
Isso não significa que vou começar um canal no YouTube em breve. Existem alguns desafios que, como indivíduo, são difíceis de superar para mim. O primeiro e talvez o maior é que não consigo me ver em um vídeo do YouTube. Acho que minha voz não é boa nem atrativa, talvez precisasse fazer alguns cursos de dicção antes de fazer vídeos. Além disso, você precisa de um bom planejamento para seus vídeos e um roteiro, dos quais não pode fugir. Além disso, é preciso paciência para editar os vídeos. Sou ótimo em editar textos, mas vídeos? Não tenho paciência nenhuma. Portanto, há várias habilidades associadas à produção de vídeos para expor o seu conteúdo.
Outra coisa é que você precisa produzir constantemente para se tornar um verdadeiro influenciador, então precisa se ater a um tópico e postar de forma consistente. Acho que um vídeo semanal é o limite para um influenciador não ser esquecido. Outro problema é que todos os tópicos que mencionei já têm muitos influenciadores, então o que tornaria meu canal diferente dos outros? E a última coisa que me incomoda muito é lidar com os haters. Sua popularidade cresce, mas sempre haverá pessoas que não gostam do seu conteúdo ou até mesmo são contra ele. Hoje em dia, os influenciadores precisam declarar se são liberais ou conservadores, de esquerda ou de direita. Portanto, você enfrentará comentários feitos apenas para diminuí-lo. "Ah, aquele influenciador é aliado dos esquerdistas, só diz besteiras". Eu não lidaria bem com esse tipo de comentário, discutiria e isso não seria saudável para mim.
  I admire people who could grow in this niche, they are being paid, and many times very well, compared to big actors or sports players. Many times they produce very interesting content that allows us to be informed by a topic or a product that of course leads us to buy these products. I already bought many products after watching internet videos. However, I don't see myself at any time in my life doing that type of thing in the same way that I don't see myself being a professional soccer (football) player. The skills needed to go through don't mix well with my skills.
  Admiro as pessoas que conseguem crescer nesse nicho, elas estão sendo remuneradas, e muitas vezes muito bem, em comparação com grandes atores ou jogadores de esportes. Muitas vezes, elas produzem conteúdo muito interessante que nos permite nos informar sobre um tópico ou um produto, o que, é claro, nos leva a comprar esses produtos. Já comprei muitos produtos depois de assistir a vídeos na internet. No entanto, não me vejo em nenhum momento da minha vida fazendo esse tipo de coisa, da mesma forma que não me vejo sendo um jogador profissional de futebol. As habilidades necessárias para ter sucesso nesse ramo não se alinham bem com as minhas habilidades.
